A plan (Professional or Complete) is your baseline - documents, correspondence, commercial control. Extras are specialist modules - Site, PCB, Tenders, Stella - you bolt onto a paid plan per project, so you only pay for what a job actually uses.
Stella runs on credits - one credit is roughly one assistant action; heavier jobs cost a little more. Buy a monthly pack and the credits pool across your whole workspace. Bigger packs cost less per credit. Complete includes 3,000 credits per project to start.
Stella pauses and offers a one-click top-up - you're never billed for overage without asking. Turn on auto top-up if you'd rather it never stops. Credits reset each month.
Complete bundles the Site module and 3,000 Stella credits per project into one price, then throws in custom branding, a 500-file limit and priority support. For most delivery teams that's cheaper than buying the same Extras on Professional - the plan builder above shows you the exact difference.
Extras need a paid plan. Start free to try Strova, then move to Professional or Complete when you want to add Site, PCB, Tenders or Stella.
One discrete job - a substation build, a transmission line section, a plant commissioning, a specific contract. If you'd call it a project internally, Strova treats it as one.
By invoice. You start a trial or talk to us, we set your plan up, and you get an invoice with 14-day terms. There is no card checkout yet - we would rather bill you properly by hand than ship a half-built payment flow. Enterprise and Portfolio have always worked this way; Professional and Complete now do too.
